Seasonal Clean ups - We begin by power raking all turf areas. The rake runs through the lawn and loosens up all debris. At the same time the grass is being cut. Once raking is complete, we blow out the entire property including the beds, turf areas and sidewalks to completely remove all debris. Property is then edged and we apply a pre emergent weed control to all bed areas. Granulated Lime is then applied to all turf areas. Once complete, all debris is removed by Eastern Landscape.

Monthly Maintenance - Begins Mid April & runs through October. Weekly lawn cutting, line trimming, weeding (as needed), blowing off of property, & removal and disposal of all debris.

Lawn Treatment Programs -  Full service program consists of seven applications for best results.

They are:

Lawn Renovation - Primarily used in the fall season ( Late August through October) because results are best at this time due to weather conditions. Services consist of topsoil and seed, sod, core aeration, and vertical slice seeding.

Landscape Design & Installation - Whether you, as the client, want to be involved or not, we can design, pick out plant material and or hardscape material, and install everything for you on a professional and timely basis.

Mulch - This is where preparation is everything.  Selected areas will be cleared of all turf or debris and a deep edge will be cut to prevent mulch from escaping.  Weed barrier is NOT and NEVER should be used with mulch because two things will occur that you never want.  One the barrier prevents the mulch from decomposing into the soil as it should, and two it allows the mulch to "run off" in a heavy rain fall.  We are capable of installing a variety of mulches including: Root, Hemlock, Cedar, Black or Red Dyed.

Decorative Stone -  Again preparation is key.  Weed barrier Is and Always should be used when installing stone. Stone does not need to be replenished nearly as frequently as mulch and does not decompose,  so weed barrier in this case is a good thing.  We are capable of installing a variety of stone including: Red Barn, White Marble Chip, Delaware River Bed, Goose Egg, and Blue Stone, all in a variety of sizes.

Shrub Pruning or Trimming - Generally performed any time between June and October.  Depending on the type of shrubbery at your residence or place of business, this process is performed once or twice per year.  We will take care of all plant material requiring hand pruning as well anything to be done with trimming shears.

Brick Paver Installation - Generally the area selected for installation is excavated 8" below the finished grade.  In some cases a deeper excavation might need to be performed.  After this the area is back filled with Quarry Process ( which is crushed ¾" blue stone ) and compacted to a depth of 4.5".   Next Stone Dust is installed and compacted to a depth of 1".  Finally the 2.5" brick  paver is laid on top in the desired pattern and all paver edges are secured.  Lastly a coating of stone dust is swept into all seams and pavers are compacted into stone dust below thus locking them into place.  The two main brands we install are Techo Bloc and Grinnell.

Retaining or Decorative Walls - Whether you desire 5.5" finished Railroad Ties, Landscape Timbers, or Decorative Block, we have the capability to install all of these.  All begin with a 4" compacted base of Quarry Process and Stone Dust.  The two main brands that we install are Techo Bloc and Grinnell.

Underground Drainage -  Over the years this has become a specialty of ours.  If you just want to stop your gutter leaders from spilling out onto your grass, driveway, or sidewalks, or if you have a persistent and  or serious water collection issue on your property we can eliminate it for you forever.  Water issues can render your yard useless or worse can cause damage to the foundation of your house.  We also install outdoor mechanical water removal systems.  The pumps that are used for this service are either ½ or 1 horse power , fully submersible effluent pumps, with a 2" discharge, and are capable of moving solids up to ¾".  They come complete with a mercury tethered float switch.  These are not sump pumps!!!!!

Commercial/Industrial Snow Plowing - Providing prompt and professional service for over 10 years, we have snow plowing down to a science.  If you are a building or factory owner, or President of a Condominium Association give us a call for a professional estimate.  Salting for asphalt areas as well as calcium chloride for walkways are part of our service.
